Image building.. How do you think it is possible? How can you expect a company image to be built overnight and how can you gain recognition worldwide when you have no name/image/recognition locally? Imagine you've received a call from XYZ company for an interview and you have not heard that name. You want to visit the company coz you think that since it is a budding company, it would give you a better prospect of growth. What would be your image of the company if you come to the interview only to find that the interview is non-existent? The interview was scheduled earlier, but was cancelled at the last moment without intimating the candidates. Even the office security guys have not heard about the interview.
