I am posting a letter which I had received in the form of an email. This one is too good....The manager's happiness has been literally screwed.
I do not know how many ppl will agree with me, but this surely is a dare step by Suresh. Ok...Here goes....
Hi Mr.Sanjeev,how are you?, I don't have to ask you this,24 Hours could not have changed you much,u would still be the same pathetic midget. Yesterday wasn't one of the best days of my life,i was too happy to get out of that freaking team of yours,but just that i didn't blast you as much as i wanted to.One reason was that i wasn't quite prepared,thats fine i can still insult you,even though u cannot comprehend everything am going to say(have said) in this mail,u'll be able to understand that this is a bash mail mean't to make u realize what you really are,certainly you'll forget about this mail or would force yourself to forget this mail as soon as possible,but as u go down reading this mail,u'll start having butteflies in your stomach and ofcourse your heart beat won't be under 150 Beats/Minute :)).This mail is nothing but mirrors kept on all sides! of a nude man whos got a lot of ugly scars and moles in his body,he won't see it everyday,because hes too busy for all that or his dressing covers him so much that he thinks he really is handsome.oops like i said before you don't have the knowledge to relate yourself to the anology that i've given,so let me elaborate it for you,you're a typical North Indian bigot and a big Snob (i know u don't know what either of the words mean,it means you're a pathetic racist,i believe u know what or who a racist is,atleast that?).
You've got a few exceptionally bad qualities in you,being a manager is the dress am talking about.I don't want to let your pea brain have a sprain trying to think what those bad qualities are,you simply do not have that much neurons in your head.You want people to keep kissing your ass all the time (May be thats what u did for your so called lousy growth)You want everyone(your team members) to keep acknowledging your presence:p,no matter its n ecessary or not.! and certainly u have a lot of EGO,Reverse Inferiority Complex or Partial superiorty complex.OK forget about your character and attitude,i dont have to tell u all these things,because these are things which cannot be changed till u die,its a curse you'll have to live with.oops not so fast,wait dont try to delete the mail,read everything and delete it.How dare you talk about my english you fumble mouthed dunce.Have u even heard your own english?,gawddd u were/are so sloppy with your words,your grammar,with your tense,and not to mention your pronunciation.
Let's see some examples :"all of you guys have mouses right? " -- this was the wrong statement u made first,and kept repeating it shamelessly.Then u probably heard someone else say "mice" but u still couldn't undertsand that "mice" is the plural form of mouse,if u had u wouldn't have continued saying "all of u have mices right?".Words like - Genuine -- u know how u pronounce the wor d? u say it as - Jee Nine - Appropriate would sound like - Up Rup Ri Yate.And a lot of other words.... ( go to www.m-w.com to hear and know the correct pronunciations) "dont crib about it " , "whats the use in cribbing about it" -- these are some of Classic statements of Dell Bangalore,which are absolutely awfully meaningless,u cannot fit those phrases in any context whatsoever.But u keep using the word all the time,follow the links below and know what that word actually means.http://thesaurus.reference.com/search?q=crib , http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=crib Nonethless heres a little help, though u people used the wrong words all the time,i was somehow able to understand what you mean't,so from my understanding "Lament" (or its equivalent like bemoan) is the word which is ! supposed to be used in those sentences. ("Suresh you have to come for outing,its compulsory".)But right from the begining i was giving you one single answer "am not willing to come",but you clown!,shamlessly shifted your stand(because of my resistance),and ironically u were proud to do that. Lets get in to the details of the incident mentioned above.You : "Why can't you come for the outing? "I : "i've got some personal things to do,besides am leaving Bangalore by March end,so i have to do so arrangements with regards to that" Here,WHY THE HECK SHOULD I EVEN TELL YOU THE REASON?,I'am not willing to come,and i dont understand if there could! possibly be a better reason.There are cetain things which people like,and certain things which they dont,not because of any misunderstanding,but because they simply dont.I dont like Dark Green(colour),can u convince me and make me like the colour?,thats what u were doing to me.Stop trying to convince everyone,against their will.You : "You think I don't have a personal life?,you think i don't i have personal commitments,everybody has personal life,still blahh blahh.."I didn't say anything to this back then,but now am asking you "How do i know if u have a personal life or not?,and why should i know,even if i know,how would i know your level of commitments to your personal life?,even if i know,why should i relate it to mine?
And if everybody has a personal life and they have to take care of it,why ingore that and get out on an outing? ".You : "if u cannot manage,its your problem" -- I know that its my problem u idiot,thats why I have to come to you and talk,i f its you! r problem you would come to me or you would go to the person concerned.When i dont do well and have bad metrics its my problem,and when it screws up the average of your team,it becomes your problem,am giving you this example,assuming that you would understand this simple theory if told in your language.After some heated exchange words...You(slamming a notebook on the table) : "i dont want a guy with such an attitude,i dont want to see you again,please write your resignation letter " OH yeah ?,u dont like my attitude,so u want me out?,I wish i could say that to you.What makes you think that you are impeccable? and u don't deserve to be thrown out at all?,because u've been kissing ass in this company for over 2 years?.Or what gives u the right to ask me to get out?,cuz u have worked for over 2 years,than me? and eventually became a so called Superior?.If thats what it takes,i was imagining how would it be if an Area Manager told "I dont want idiotic midgets like you wo! rking here in Dell,you are a wrong selection ,i dont know how you got in to Dell,you cannot talk proper english,you cannot understand most of the things that i say,your team members keep disappearing like the evening sun" and slammed a notebook in front of you and asked you to leave .But dont worry that would never happen,In this aspect you are not a slapdash like me,u know how to PRETEND,you are crooked enough to avoid or getaway with all those things.You'd have realized onething,all this time i haven't tried to defend myself at all,i know i did not comply with some policies of the company,like NC/NS,i dont remember anything else in specific,but anyway i know even that is enough to throw me out,so am just fine with the whole thing.I asked for it,after all u just used the company's policies to terminate me,not any of your so called power or influence.So this whole mail is not about the way i was sent out or the reason for it.Like i said before,i don't have anything to defend,i dont have to either.
There are a lot of people like me,who have the same number of NC/NS or those who have got more Warning ltters than me,if they are staying and am leaving,won't others think that its because of the personal grudge u had against me? (i dont think so,I KNOW SO :)) ).Now lets have a look at the last words we spoke to each other....You : "try applying again,saying that u never worked here,i challenge you won't enter here again,not just now,Dell is going to be a Very big company in a couple of years,so big that you would die to join here,but i'll make sure u dont enter a Dell building,dont even dream about it "I should have called u names for saying what u said,then and there,but i just did not feel like.Are you out of your mind you simp?,am bloody quitting this job so that i can concentrate in my higher studies and pursue my long term goals,and my goal is not to work for a bloody IT related firm and never in a company which has idiots like you.I'd told you that am quitting by March end anyway,u knew that and u just used that to so called "terminate" me,u knew i wouldn't put up a fight.You were quite clever here,you didn't let me resign so that u can threaten all the other team members saying "I wouldn't hesitate to take stern decisions,even if it's terminating an emplyee so be careful blah blahh". And then you come saying "I challenge you!,you can't get in to Dell again",You can challenge me that i'll never come back to Dell to kick your Butt,you'd win it.You can challenge that i dont give two hoots about what you say,you'd win it.! You can challenge that you can do nothing about all my rantings,you'd win it.You can challenge that theres no clown whos crazy and funnier than you,you'd win it.Better stop using that word,cuz you yourself are a mentally challenged daffy critter.Who can't do this Job?,IF YOU CAN,WHO CAN'T.Actually you are an inspiration for a lot of other losers who are working in Dell and those who are willing to,If u can become a so called manager just by sitting your ass in a cozy imported chair bluffing your way out for 20 Months,Who can't?.aahh and by the way dont come up with is "Knowledge" bullshit,don't even think thats what differentiates you from the other senior employees,you know that(atleast that).You : "You can never grow in any firm with your character" -- hahaha,this shows your lack of knowledge in anything in general,when people like Hitler could rule Germany and capture most of Europe,when people like Laloo Prasad Yadav can be the leader of a state,when people like Bush can be presidents,WHY CAN'T I GROW ?.Ok i'll give you a much better and serious explanation disputing your Idea,Character is what you are and Reputation is what people think you are.You've got a good reputation in Dell,but a very ?????? character,i got a bad reputation in Dell(in your eyes rather),but my character is still unchanged and u know nothing about it,so dont even utter a word about it. One gets a good or bad reputation with the way he carries himself,i was totally carefree once i felt uncomfortable with the Job (ever since,u put me in ACE),well acually even before that,i wasn't too serious about this Job,i just wanted to have a so called exper! ience of working,if i had been too serious about it,i would have done things that i should have done to retain it.Know onething,am not the worst of all the employees in RTS and you DEFINITLEY and MOST CERTAINLY are not the best Manager in Dell.
I've learn't a lesson Delibrately,something that i'd refuse to learn or accept,that is if theres any damage done at the end of all this,its to myself or to none,i dont feel bad nor do i regret this whole thing but what disturbs me is that,you wouldn't regret anything either,people like you will continue to be wherever you are and continue doing whatever you do.You got onething right,you knew am smart or too smart rather,but u didn't know how a smart person's rant mail would be,know now,this is how it will be.Remember what you said before i surrendered my ID card to you?You : "I dont want you to send any mail to anyone " I : "Dont worry,Am not that kind of a person "You : "Oh,i Just forgot that u were too smart "Yes am not a person who would use the Company's resources to say detestable things about the very same company or a person whos working there,i've got those basic ethics.
But this one am sending from my PC,from my house,i dont have to care about anything. How unashamed of you to say that ?,what makes u think that i would act according to what you want and what you dont?,when I didn't do that when i was in your team,working in Dell,what makes you think i would do it now?.And am not someone who backstabs,i say it (or spit it rather) straight in the face,that's why am out of Dell today(not that am worried about it.LOL).So here it is take it straight,this mail has all the ingredients to eat your brain for atleast a week,and thats enough for me.And you know what?,i have sent this mail to 26 people,a few from our team and the rest from various other teams,all their names are in 'bcc',so u wouldn't know to whom i've sent it(Surprise!!! there are couple of Area Manager's IDs too).so the next time if somebody looks at you and shows teeth,it might be because of the reason that they'd got this mail too :)).You can delete this mail from YOUR INBOX not from theirs',nor from your/their mind(s).I don't care about what others think about you(they may think you are the Messiah or Mr.Niceguy or Mr.Lovable,adorable ),i dont care about what others think about me (they may think that am arrogant,rude,childish or whatever),all that don't matter,here my intention is to insult you and i've done that,FACE IT,i have done the damage.

I am aware of the fact that u can trace the IP address from where this mail was sent-But what can do you do about it?.Besides am using my Dialup to send this mail so that IP Address which u get is just a dynamic IP or am just lying,and am sending this from my cable with a static IP.Am sending this from my Email Id which is almost like englishtamil@yahoo.com, but this one is englishtamil1@yahoo.com, if u had noticed . So if i have to see your darnn face again,i'll give u cute little smile and when i do that,understand that am giving you my finger.you can call me for chat or something,but i'll act as if i've! got nothing to do with this mail,note down the words i would say "Sanjeev,i have so much respect for you,i wouldn't even dream about doing such an awful thing",respect for you MY FOOT.

How unashamed of you to say that ?,what makes u think that i would act according to what you want and what you dont?,when I didn't do that when i was in your team,working in Dell,what makes you think i would do it now?.And am not someone who backstabs,i say it (or spit it rather) straight in the face,that's why am out of Dell today(not that am worried about it.LOL).So here it is take it straight,this mail has all the ingredients to eat your brain for atleast a week,and thats enough for me.And you know what?,i have sent this mail to 26 people,a few from our team and the rest from various other teams,all their names are in 'bcc',so u wouldn't know to whom i've sent it(Surprise!!! there are couple of Area Manager's IDs too).so the next time if somebody looks at you and shows teeth,it might be because of the reason that they'd got this mail too :)).You can delete this mail from YOUR INBOX not from theirs',nor from your/their mind(s).I don't care about what others think about you(they may think you are the Messiah or Mr.Niceguy or Mr.Lovable,adorable ),i dont care about what others think about me (they may think that am arrogant,rude,childish or whatever),all that don't matter,here my intention is to insult you and i've done that,FACE IT,i have done the damage.

I am aware of the fact that u can trace the IP address from where this mail was sent-But what can do you do about it?.Besides am using my Dialup to send this mail so that IP Address which u get is just a dynamic IP or am just lying,and am sending this from my cable with a static IP.Am sending this from my Email Id which is almost like englishtamil@yahoo.com, but this one is englishtamil1@yahoo.com, if u had noticed . So if i have to see your darnn face again,i'll give u cute little smile and when i do that,understand that am giving you my finger.you can call me for chat or something,but i'll act as if i've! got nothing to do with this mail,note down the words i would say "Sanjeev,i have so much respect for you,i wouldn't even dream about doing such an awful thing",respect for you MY FOOT.
