I've decided not to exist anymore!!!!

Don't be shocked as to what's come over me... No, am not committing suicide in the sense of putting an end to one's life... I still continue to exist and will continue to be the same bugging bastard that i am!!!

Deeply impressed by this article, I decided to do something on a similar line...... something what I have been trying on and off but wid very less success...I've finally decided to put my existance offline... Out of touch wid everyone who scraps me on Orkut, Out of touch wid anyone who chats wid me thru Gtalk... I will just be a recepient of emails.. will continue giving replies to all the scraps... but as a person, I will cease to exist online!!

How does it work??? Here's how...

1) Never ever Login to Gtalk
2) Sign out of Chat in Gmail (Chat enabled gmail that is)
3) Do not login to Yahoo Messenger
4) Login to gmail once a day and at the same time, check all your scraps on Orkut, read blogs, comment on blogs, check blog for comments, put any new posts..... everything to be done Just once a day and that too, the entire amount of timethat you spend online should be less than 1 hour!
5) Do not call anyone unnecessarily and If anyone calls you, speak intelligently to avoid long unwanted conversations
6) Get back into your recluse

How long is this decision going to be... well.. that is something which I have not thought of.. will try to manage for a pretty long time.. and will, however, as mentioned earlier be in touch but not as much as I am doing..

And as someone was mentioning this off topic.... It would be a difficult and challenging and equally crazy task to put all your thoughts and experiences on blogs.. lemme try that for the nth time... and if it is not goin to work out this time too.. the next time wud be the nth time! ;)

Secularism -- Majority and Minority

This post is not dedicated to anyone and is just a forwarded email which has been copied and pasted over here... and i am forced to assume that this is the truth! I had posted earlier on the same topic and here i go again! Talking abt majority and minority as a part of the comments in my previous post, i was forced to put this in points below: 1. Do you consider that - Sanskrit is communal and Urdu is secular, Mandir is Communal and Masjid is Secular, Sadhu is Communal and Imam is secular,VandeMatharam is communal and Allah-O-Akbar is secular, Shriman is communal and Mian is secular, Hinduism is Communal and Islam is Secular? 2. Why Godhra is blown out of proportion, when no-one talks of the ethnic cleansing of 4 lakh Hindus from Kashmir? 3. When Christian and Muslim schools can teach Bible and Quran, Why Hindus cannot teach Gita in our schools? 4. When Haj pilgrims are given subsidy, why Hindu pilgrims to Amarnath, Sabarimalai & Kailash Mansarovar are taxed? 5. If Muslims & C...

The Truth - "Kannada Barutha"??? Kannada barbeku!

"Kannada Barutha??", ah! I am sure most of you in Bangalore would have heard this, but what is "kannada barutha?" here it goes. Bangalore the IT capital of India , the silicon city and now a Metro city opened its gates to almost all kinds of people. Very evidently the recent poll census proved that there are only 47% of original inhabitants in Bangalore/bengaluru. The life style of the city has seen a gradual change with Pizza Corners replacing MTR's, classy eat out's replacing "Vidyarthi Bhavans" and flashy pub's replacing all our "Mahalakshmi wine shops". "Change is inevitable" from the days of BEML, HAL and BHEL to INFOSYS, WIPRO; Bangalore has a new look now on the world map. Gone are the days where a typical Sunday for any bangalorean was a nice romantic walk on the pavements of "LALBAGH...", "rave idli and coffee.." at the nearest yet old looking MTR and a wonderful Annavra film either at Santosh o...

Love or Infatuation

Infatuation is instant desire. It is one set of glands calling to another. Love, on the other hand, is friendship that has caught fire. It takes root and grows - one day at a time. Infatuation is marked by a feeling of insecurity, you are excited and eager, but not genuinely happy. There are nagging doubts, unanswered questions, little bits and pieces about your beloved that you would just as soon not examine too closely. It might spoil the dream. Love is the quiet understanding and mature acceptance of imperfection. It is real, it gives you strength and grows beyond you - to bolster your beloved. You are warned by his/her presence, even when is away. Long distances do not separate you. You want him/her near, but near or far, you know he/she is yours and you can wait. Infatuation says, "We must get married right away. I can't risk losing him/her." Love says, "Be patient, Don't Panic. He/she is yours. Plan your future with confidence." Infatuation...
